Giving Advice

Help! I am completely stressed out! I've got a level 2 English exam next week and I do not want to fail.

  1. The worst thing you can do if you have an important exam is feeling nervous about it. If you have been prepared well for that exam I'm sure that you'll pass, so just try not to feel stressed. Don't think too much about it, and if you have some free time you can prepare it a bit better, but don't waste your time thinking about the exam. If you avoid feeling stressed and you do the exam the best you can, you'll pass for sure!

  2. Relax. If you study for that examan, you will have a good mark for sure so don't worry. Moreover, if you fell stressed I recommend you to go outdoors and to practice your favourite sport. That's the best way to relax.

  3. I understand how you might be feeling, but you have absolutely no need to worry about it. Nervousness can totally mess you up and make you forget abouth everything you have previously studied and subsequently perform badly in the exam. What you have to do is learn some techniques to chill out. For example, try to have more positive thoughts and look at the exam as if was an opportunity or even as a game. In addition you have to understand that the exam is not that important. If you stop to think that we are living in a floating rock in space, orbiting around an average-sized star in the outskirts of a regular galaxy in the inmensity of the Universe, then that English exam looks insignificant. The worst possible scenario is that you fail, however, I'm sure you will have more opportunities to pass and this is not likely to happen as I am sure you have studied.
