If i were you i would tell him that he should wear a hemlmet for his security. If he continious without wearing it you should ask for help, tell his mother or the person who is in charge of him what he is doing so they can help you to convice your friend. You should talk with him about that. If I were you I'd say to him that he could travel in others means of transport instead of using the bike. Car, bus or the underground could be a great alternative. However, if you can't convice him, the best advice I can give you is to hide the bike.

If I were you,I'll put the helmet to ride my bike for sure,because riding a bike can be very dangerous,if you fall off from your bike,and you don't have a helmet,you'll probably get hurt.
